Domestic Applications and Equipment

Houses, for example, bedrooms, lounge, dining rooms, gyms, conservatories etc.

Each application would be looked at as an individual project and equipment selected on its needs, requirements and budgets available.
We may select from a number of equipment options. Eg: +single split air conditioning system, one indoor and one outdoor. If a number of areas are required, we may select a multi split system, one outdoor with up to five indoor units, using a combination of indoor units. For example wall mounted, floor mounted, under ceiling mounted, ducted concealed, floor concealed.

Budget Costs

Domestic Prices can start for a one off single split system, as little as £1,400 + VAT up to £2,000 + VAT, this normally includes full installation including the electrical supply. This is all subject to site survey. Surveys will be carried out and quotations given as a free under no obligation service. For complete multi systems, these can start from £2,500 + VAT up to between £5,000 / £10,000 + VAT. With VRV systems these have to be designed first before quoting, when quotations are sent the customer is given the full cost and as an optional cost told warranty requirements along with the maintenance costs and recommended amount of visits.

Larger Projects

With larger properties we may even offer a VRV system, this depends on the electrical supply available. There are various options available, depending on budget, lower budget project minimum, amount of engineering requirement. Larger budgets may require specialist contractors for concealing air conditioning units and associated services, may require more complex controls. All systems available as cooling only or heating and cooling.
