Answer: If fresh air system installed normally no. Very much depends on the building manager. Best results to keep air conditioning efficient is to keep windows shut.

Answer:This is very much dependant on the type of equipment used and size of project.

Answer: 15 / 20 years - provided regular maintenance is carried out.

What is the warranty?

Answer: Equipment and Labour covered under warranty for 1 year from date of installation.

            Equipment covered for a further 2 years.

What is the maintenance schedule and cost?

Answer: Depends on the size of the building and the amount of equipment that requires maintenance.

How long will it take to install?

Answer: From one day to many weeks, depend on size of project.

How quickly can you start?

Answer: Normally within two weeks, depends on size of project and equipment available.
